Thanks for all your interest in this. For some reason the glitching is much more obvious if I put the V/O sample in the song?!?
Anyway have a play I am posting the .mid file and the VO.mp3
The V/O should go in at bar 7.

Here is the .mid file. I can't seem to post both at once.

For info. changing the Time Stretch Type didn't make it better, just worse.
I have just repeated the exercise and Triggering a sample manually from the pad in Live mode is definitely cleaner than dropping it into/ re-recording / triggering it, into the song itself.
Mmmm, odd!!

Yes, I was expecting the Stretch Type wouldn't be of much help since the default type, according to the manual, e more suited for quick changes.
Now, I don't have the knowledge to state this but somehow what's happening with the manual triggering makes some sense since I believe the processor gives priority to the notes played live. But this is just my assumption. Anyway, like Audacity said, it will be very difficult to make it perfect within such a small time and with such a quick change in the Tempo.
I know this is not what you would like to hear but could I suggest you extend a little that intro? ;-)
