I played the Roland RD-700GX, which has the ARX EPs built in. I was totallynot impressed. Liked the SRX-12 EPs which are built in to the Fantom-G much better. I agree. ARX may hold a lot of promise, but they need to come with something "wow".
My suggestion: A totally kick-ass analog synth model. Like which sounds as good as a real Jupiter-8 (had to use that example since it's a Roland).
