As far as I am aware you cannot undo a deleted phrase, because when you delete it it is physically gone, so there is no way to undo this.

Although I just tried inserting a saved phrase, rather than recording, then deleting that and I could not undo the delete, I'd have thought that would be undo-able.

Once your phrases are saved into the project, even if you delete them from within a song, they just disappear from the song, not entirely from the Fantom. So, technically, you can re-insert the same phrase into the same track and same location. It's not exactly a proper undo function, but at least you can have this workaround instead.

I'd like to complain about this wine! Who left the cork off?! Now it's gone and oxidized on me, a nice little Spanish number! (Those Spaniards really know their wine!) Now I'll be lucky if I can clean windows with it!!
*What a waste!*

3 months 2 weeks without OS update.
3 months 2 weeks without any communication.

Meanwhile my Waldorf Blofeld has been updated 3 times and yesterday they announced (yes some companies actually talk and listen to their user, It's called "communication" in Japanese: "日本語, コミュニケーション") that a multi-mode will be out soon, and it is in beta.

日本語, コミュニケーション
You need all that to say "communication" ?
And I thought Portuguese was a complicated language :)

I would sooner have them take their time and offer us a bug-free update. I'm willing to wait. Oh yeah . . . This is a complaints and whining topic . . . uhh . . . Wow! I can't think of anything! Life must be good!

All I have to do is to think back to the first computer I started MIDI recording with! (Can anyone say Atari 1040st? No hard drive. One MB of RAM.) Could it be that the more technology has to offer us, the 'softer' we get? I think that the 'work-arounds' I had to deal with actually helped me be more creative in my thinking.

You young 'whipper-snappers' have no idea just how lucky you are!! ;>) You'll have to excuse me. It's time for my Geritol!

Cheers!

>Pianknow,

I still use my Atari ST for some music stuff (as well as for playing certain games (Llamatron & Revenge of the Mutant Camels for starters)).

Mine seems pretty maxed out compared to yours: 4 whole, throbbing MB of RAM and a 235MB hard drive! Don't forget that 8MHz clock speed.

The power! The speed! :o)
