Motu MTP AV/ Fantom X8/ Cubase SX

Hi there ...I have a motu mtp av....and cant get it to work with cubase sx ..how did u have your motu configer..??
I hvae a fantom x8 and when i run cubase and hit the drum pad on the fantom x...the drums play back 10 times faster then the templo i have it on ...
MY Setup ..Korg M3/Roland V-synth/Fantom X8/rRoland JV1080/Korg M3R/Roland VS1680/ Running Win XP CPU AMD 4200/Motu 2408 MK2/Motu MTP AV ..
need some help ...thank you Keys.....
