THE REASON IM ASKING IS BECAUSE YOU KNOW YOU HAVE TO TELL YOUR MACHINE WHAT THE BPM IS BY HOW MANY BARS OF THE SAMPLE YOUR USING.... (8 BEATS = 2 BARS 16 BEATS = 4 BARS)
I SEE IN AUTO CHOP MODE THERE IS A THING CALLED LEVELS, BEAT, AND DIVIDE X.... CAN YOU TELL ME IS LEVEL OR DIVIDE X THE PLACE I TELL MY (MC-808 EDITOR) HOW MANY BARS IM USING...
THANKS FOR YOUR TIME

Re: Does The Mc-808 Editor Have A Bpm Calculator ???
Hi,there is a BPM Calc Function, see your manual for instructions. Its all there in the Index. As for the Auto-chop functions,i recently downloaded Version 1.03 from the Roland website which installs the Auto-chop function on to your 808,so you dont need the Editor, though that is more precise. It also comes with a PDF on the its functions and how to assign it as a Rythym Kit.If u have V1.03 alrady you should have all this in your manual. If not goto the Roland website and get it now,and be sure to follow thier insructions.it worked a treat for me. Love Ginge xx
