Using optical inputs as external oscillator?

Post by V-Saint »

Hi, 2 questions for the V-Synth cracks:

1. did anyone figure out a way to use the SPDIF inputs instead of the line inputs as the external source?
SPDIF only seems to be working for the sampler, but not as a oscillator sound source. The manual lacks any information what so ever about this.

2. When using PCM oscillator, i want the Synth to keep playing the sample until finished ,even if the key is released before the sample ends. If anyone knows a way to do this, please enlighten me.

Loop mode (one shot)... or turn that release allthe way up.

V-Saint, you can use the Key Hold feature, it's in the menu on the top

Sorry I meant regarding question 1. Using the optical in to feed either the Vocoder or the input to the XT card.
