Okay, the gauntlets been thrown down. Sat on the sidelines for a while but its about time for some audience participation.

Unlike some other users I've found the number of presets available have kept me contented but now that you've made the kind request for involvement I'm feeling an urge to get creative and involved.

Well I am no Sound Designer, but still these few Experiments I made so far, I like to share here :-)
I am especially proud of Waterperc Patch.
Feel free to just take the ones you think may fit, and yes definatly call it Serakina :-)

Very cool, folks! Looks like we should be able to gather a least 50-60 patches for this bank.

Here's 14 patches and no huge samples! It's all musically useful stuff, so have fun.

Is there any way to convert or adapt serakina's patches from GT to regular V-synth?

No, the GT's patches have slightly different format (each is split into two "tones").

@Art,
Although the GT patches have slightly different format
I'll try to convert them to V/XT format. I've done that in the past with all the Artist collection patches, and I managed to convert the vast majority of them (not all). Besides, the major part of Serakina patches are using the Upper or the Lower Tones, not both.

I'll give it a try anyway... :-D

My intention was to motivate beginners and amateurs in sound design to create something on this fantastic instrument.

Unfortunately, we have only a few active members and beginners are not welcomed as a starter of this thread.

Beginners are usually too shy to show their works ;-)

Newbies needs experience first ;)

And a quick question.
Will this pcmcia interface good for the V-synth ? (CF, SD, MMC, etc...)

Nord72 - this one should work. But in future, please always start a new topic when asking such questions.
