It all looks good but, will the upgrade to V2.0 be on a card or via download. The Fx looks to be on a card which will mean more of your hard earned cash!

PS www.v-synth.com and Roland US V-synth pages have been updated to reflect new releases.

PPS V2 for V-synth IS via download, but it has not been posted yet

It all seems awesome! There were no mention, however, of any extra power regarding polyphony and multitimbrality in the rack. I guess this means it's the same as in the V-Synth. Well, no question then, I'm getting the synth!

Ah, it's all so lovely... :D

I really like the fact that the rack can stand on a table at an angle, or put in a rack if you like. Now, I'd like to hear some demos and the price !

Hugo, the flash demo is up and running now at the US web site, so you can get a close look at the XT. I like the XLR i/p and the V cards being built in, but I would miss the TTP.

Hope you are happy with your choice :-))

Yes, it's the TTP and the D-Beam that will be sorely missed in the XT. I think these two will be great for live performances, so the original V-Synth seems like the best alternative for me...

No apparent charge for the V-synth V2.0 OS accoring the Roland US site as to when it becomes availble???

it seems V-SYNTH XT will also have Time Trip Pad on the Screen instead though, which is really cool but does it have buttons to turn off the oscilator panel? like the structure? this would be a great compliment to a Fantom S-X
It turns out it does not have the Structure on the Rack but has the Timetrip function for sure. Which kind of sucks because it was a great idea to bring back the D-50 idea on structure paths
