v-synth/v-synth compatible??

Hi guys, can someone tell if can i load patches and other stuffs from v-synthgt to my normal v-synth?I guess the new v has a new operation system,and maybe the compatibility is not ensure ,right???

Yes, you will be able to load patches that use analog modeling, COSM, custom VariPhrase waveforms and classic OS 2.0 waveforms. Anything that uses AP synthesis or new GT waveforms will not load.

OK,i get the point!!And what is the new AP synthesis?Another question;...some dealer from roland have told me,the new v-synth gt its a more affordable and less expensive than the original v-synth,its like a small brother from v-synth,...its that true??

The GT is priced about 10-15% higher than the original used to be. But keeping in mind there are two V-Synth engines inside, yes, it seems to be less expensive.
