KXB15 Amp + Juno-G + GW-7 + PA.....help!

Hi Everyone!.......just a newbie to Roland here, from Toronto....boy, am I glad I found this forum!!.....huge learning tool!......but, now a question re amps/PA systems etc....

I have a Juno-G and a GW-7, with individual sustain pedals, and a shared controller/expression pedal - both going into a Crate KXB15 amp (great little amp, btw!! for home use...).....
In our rehearsal studio we have an 8 channel Mackie board/PA.....been trying to figure out a way of setting the amp up as a monitor (I have to hear myself....the drums/guitars are out of control! LOL!)......
Now, I know the Crate doesn't function as a monitor, per se....but, there must be a way to set the two keyboards up so that I can hear both through the amp, while they're also going thru the PA.....
Only asking before trying as I don't want to fry the board or my keyboards!.....not insured for stupidity!

Thus, is it possible to route the GW-7 thru one audio input of the Juno-G - then, output BOTH from the Juno-G to both the Crate amp/monitor AND the PA system/board?......the Juno has 4 audio outputs so technically, it should be feasible.....but which ones - the R, L ??
