Fantom xa, x vs. Juno g sequencer?

Is the sequencer similar on these synths? Does the RPP on the fantom allow for easier songwriting tools, I dont want to get too in depth with sequencing just a beat with some variations for chorus etc. and add instruments on top to make demo songs. Are there any more suggestions for an easy synth/workstation/ arranger that will let me work fast with low learning curve?

Patterns are pretty easy to work with. I'm sure the X's are similar, but never tried the juno. On the X6, you can record 4 measure patterns of drum/bass/etc, fairly easily, and step record them into a song...it's really easy and a hamster could do it

sorry if that came off wrong!

You can't do pattern-based sequencing on the Juno G like you can on the Fantom series.
