What about recording all drums on the same midi track, but record each drums on its own midi channel? Each drum then appear on its own part in the mixer. I do that all the time to get one PFX for each drum. Then you can mute the drums (parts) you don't want to hear from the mix.

Yes, thanks Audacity Works. So easy, and yet so difficult to spot. Many of the fields for the track are read only, so I didn't think you could change that.

Well, we need this function also in the next relase then. I managed to make it work however by changing the midi out cabel on the M3 to thrugh and rerecord the phrase on a new track on the G7. But then I got a track that had alle destinations set to on. Thanks anyway.
