Re: tiempo de carga de samples
<t>Hola!<br/> <br/> Pues si, yo al final solo he dejado en la CF samples de Mellotron, del VP330, coros y poca cosa mas. Si me l?o a meter mas, luego me acabare arrepintiendo!<br/> <br/> He visto tu foto tocando un AX7.

Quality of waves in SRX07
<t>Hi!<br/> <br/> I'm thinking of purchasing the "Ultimate Keys" expansion board. Some time ago, I had a Roland Jv80 with the SR-JV80-04 "Vintage Synth" and didn't like the Mellotron waves very much. They had very few samples per multisample, and the loops were very noticeable (the patches that used...

Re: Fantom-X OS 1.05 available
<t>Yes, RPS is amazing, however you can't transpose patterns being played (unless you make another pattern with transposed notes).<br/> <br/> Another issue I would consider as a bug, is that RPS quantize only works while a song is being played or recorded. If you can use RPS in normal playing, why c...

Re: No skipback sampling after loading all samples!
<t>I have tried loading loading the whole set (by marking all of them) and I have not been able to reproduce the bug (neither trying to load a small subset of samples).<br/> <br/> The bug happens when I load all samples: I switch on the synth without autoloading samples, then I press the "Save/Load"...

Re: No skipback sampling after loading all samples!
<t>Well, I'm loading 46 Mbytes of samples, from wich 2 of them are in stereo and the rest (176) in mono. None is placed in the user area (although it must load the crappy preset samples), all of them are in the 512 Mb CF.<br/> <br/> All are samples previously imported in AIFF format, in 44.1Khz and ...

Re: No skipback sampling after loading all samples!
It doesn't work in patch mode. And, it's not due to lack of RAM (it has 512 Mb and only a little part of it is being used).

No skipback sampling after loading all samples!
<t>Hi.<br/> <br/> I own a Fantom X6 with OS 1.03. I've noticed what seems another bug: after loading all samples manually, I have no skipback sampling (the blue light in the button is off, and if I press it, a message saying that skipback sampling is not possible is displayed). Is this another bug?<...

Re: Mellotron Samples on FX or SRX Boards?
<t>Hi.<br/> <br/> As TagPass said the Mellotron samples in the SR-JV80 expansion were very good, (much better than the ones in the "Vintage Archives" expansion ROM for the Triton). You only had flutes, choirs and strings, so I missed the brasses a lot!.<br/> <br/> The only drawback I found is that s...

Loading patch samples
<t>Hi everybody!<br/> <br/> Is there any way to automatically load the samples a patch use? Now I only know 2 ways for doing this: load all samples in the CF, or going to the sample list and manually selecting the ones you want to load. The two options seems too tedious to me: the first one because ...

Re: How to Control Tremolo on Knobs and how to Control Filte
<t>Well, the Supernova's modulation matrix though being very easy and extremely fast to work with is rather limiting in the number of sources and destinations (as many analog synths); so you only can assign filter cutoff to lfos, envelopes and the wheel (modulation).<br/> <br/> It has quite sense be...

Re: How to Control Tremolo on Knobs and how to Control Filte
Yes, it's easy to assign modulation to filter in the Supernova, but if you do, you are obviously loosing the modulation controller for other purposes (or whatever controller you use for achieving this).
It's a shame Roland engineers don't think about stupid things like this.

Re: What genre of music do you use the S/X for?
<t>Hi, rpieket. I decided to get the Fantom X in order to get rid of the computer in the midi sequencing stage, and to replace the jv80. I hate to plug and unplug midi cables to just record one musical idea.<br/> <br/> I am not planning to get the Ultimate Keys expansion. I have the Vintage Synth Ex...
