I've got about 10GB allocated on my laptop for future instrument upgrades and 10GB Left over for recording (although I may get a second deck for video work to free up space on my music deck) <br/> <br/> Whaddaya ...

Re: Band Web Site Ideas

<t>Since you play alot of 70's and 80's style music I'd suggest going with a style and layout that complements it, do some research into the gig posters and album covers of the time and create something "in key" (for lack of a better term) with that feel...more importantly if you already have a visu...

Re: PLEASE HELP!! regarding a manual and midi

<t>For MIDI guitar you'll need three things<br/> <br/> 1 Pickup: EG Roland GK-2A (Guitar) or GK-2B (Bass)<br/> also Brian Moore and Fender makes guitars with these (or equivalent) built in. Note that this is the polydrive 13-pin standard not MIDI <br/> <br/> 2 Cable: 13 Pin Cables are almost never i...

Re: Live Performance Issues

<t>Usually I'll come up with a sound in Patch Mode then <br/> group up the patches to make a performance for each song (not sequencer) and save it as the name of the song. <br/> <br/> There's like 64 user Performances so having 64 open slots for songs is plenty (and you can always get a card if it i...

Thanks,

I'll probaly just get the smaller card then, I don't really need it for samples or sequencing I've got Sonar for that.

<t>Yes you can no problem...<br/> <br/> Just go into performance mode and Route part 1 to MFX 1, part 2 to MFX 2, etc (the upper leftmost number is the part number) Reverb and chorus can be routed before and after the MFX (those are send numbers after the MFX and the number going into CHO and REV Bl...

I love M-Audio gear
I've got a Oxygen 8 Controller and Midiman 61 Controller, Mobilepre Audio interface and Jigar, my band's Drummer, lends me his UNO for editing and recording his drums.
