Audio file playback and patch changes and pattern sequencer

Hi guys,
when using the audio file playback, i.e. triggering wav or mp3 with pads from usb stick, is possibile to change patch on the keyboard without stopping the playback?

Then, these audio file can be used as track for the pattern sequencer?

Thx

Re: FA-08 vs Juno-DS88

to me the choice depends more on what you really need and what you don't. do you need advanced workstation feature, i.e. mainly the 16 tracks MIDI sequencer? or do you prefer to have a easy to use on board song player for practice ? do you plan to have backing tracks and needs click out to the drumm...

Re: Individual Outputs? How to use all FA features in a live

But is it possible to have click on the sub alone from the sequencer?
Or splitting the sub between click and sample?

Re: Please comment: FA06 or Juno-DS / Juno-Gi ?

Thanks clear. This could be ok, we have backing tracks written in the daw and drummer will have click to play at right tempo. I am a bit confused anyway about sample and sequencer. If I have three backing tracks I can assign each of them to one pad and trigger them manually as needed. Fine. But if I...

Re: Please comment: FA06 or Juno-DS / Juno-Gi ?

thanks nathbeadle, your point is right. but, if turns out that fa06 can handle with no pain also audio backing tracks live, it would be a major plus for me. the only doubt i have is that in sequencer i can have audio tracks using mp3/wav imported from usb/sd. not clear how to sync pad with the tempo...

Please comment: FA06 or Juno-DS / Juno-Gi ?

well, just to report my experience, in other forum (e.g. KorgForum that is not affiliated with korg company anyway) is normal to have people open one post telling that new program/combi/samples are available for buying...

Gaia Synth engine:same of sh-201 or new one?

<t>for anyone has insider look on the gaia, is the synth engine the same of the sh-201 or is new different one using different chipset and algorithms? <br/> <br/> i meant the OSC, filter, amp, eg, lfo generation, do not consider the fact that sh-201 has a traditional VA structure and gaia a 3-stacke...
