what!? no way…. that makes no sense. So now the workstation market pretty much only has Korg and Yamaha. And its mostly dominated by Korg. Makes no sense they would just abandon it all.

Anyone else notice that the Fantom series is not being sold at any online (all the ones I checked at least). Think it means there is a new workstation incoming?

Im really curious about the effects section Studio mode or live mode, or what ever its called now >.> I know each part can have its own MFX. BUT! Say I use all those tracks 16 MFX for 1 sound. Is it possible? If you can find out you sir will be the man! (not that you arent already but yeah...lol). O...

Yeah I know they use a feedback osc. It shouldnt be a problem. These 2 sounds I will make on a Korg Kronos. Im pretty sure I will be able to make the feedback osc on it.

hmm but I have gotten my other sounds pretty much cloned. Like you cant really tell the difference between the original and the one cloned. Its just this sound that is giving me trouble. But I guess some sounds I just wont be able to copy very well.. =(

Damn it 64 is so small I wonder why they only gave us that much. Also that what I have been doing with the jv but the problem is I don't want my jv to play a patch eveytime I I switch patches on the XR.

Is their really only 64 slots for me to fill? I know with the CF card its another 64 but thats it? Can I really not get anymore then that? Also im not sure whats wrong but I can get the Fantom XR to control my JV-1080. I have my keyboard going into the the Fantom then MIDI out to the JV's in. I cant...

Heres the first thing they can do with 2.0, make all the effects flexible and rout-able into anything. 22 effects and you cant route or take advantage of unused effect blocks. WTF! ROLAND! WTF! why cant I route MFX1 into MFX 2 anymore? WHY ROLAND! WHY!

Their hasent been one word about the Fantom G (or Fantom anything for that matter) or ARX. So until Summer NAMM, probably not.

yeah man I feel the same way. Was hoping for a Fantom G rack or really at least ANYTHING for the Fantom G. But not 1 thing =/. Jupiter...well its good but not really what I was hoping for. Seems the Kronos will be my next keyboard. Probably with a Fantom XR too.

aw damn it =/ no Fantom G rank. or any ARX for that matter. or Fantom G 2.0 update. Safe to say roland isnt touching the Fantom G anymore?
