I don't achieve professional results because I'm not a professional musician, but the Fantom sequencer is extremely easy for me to use and I've only been working with music for a year.

Right now I'm listening to these new albums.

I think I should be using Amp instead of Normalize for an entire song.

You might not believe me, but the new LL Cool J record, The Definition, is a monster. Yeah, his last few records have been weak, but this one is full of bangers. Timbaland produces more than half of the tracks!

If your 4 bar loop is at track 1 and goes from measure 1-4...

Just copy/paste measure 1-4 to measure 5. You'll create another 4 bar loop starting at measure 5.

Yeah, Just Blaze always recommends Roland equipment in interviews.
