I don't about regional differences, but I've seen the SRX-05 Ultimate Dance on ebay and most of those come with a CD.

well, both cards went a bit higher than I wanted to pay, so I'll just wait for the next ones to pop up. Since I don't even have my X6 yet, I'm not exactly in a big hurry;)

Thanks guys... sounds like I wouldn't be missing that much... especially if I'm able to save $50-60 per card (hopefully;)
