KC-300 amplifier sound gets quiet after a while
I noticed if I'm playing with my KC-300 amplifier, after a while it only plays very silently. I had this issue on different keyboards, so I suppose the issue is in the amplifier itself. If I let it cool off, I get full power again. Somebody had the same experience? Is it worth to be fixed or better ...

Assign fall down effect to SW1 or SW2 button
If you select trumpet, you can select variation 'fall'.
I want to assign this variation to my SW1 or SW2 button, but I can't find the effect in the cc list.
Does anybody know how to assign it to the SW buttons?
Thx.

Re: SMF (midi file) player
I succeeded.
Import midi, cut it in the different patterns.
Make a group.
Then assign the groups on the song.
It's a bit more complicated, but probably get used to it after a while.

Re: SMF (midi file) player
Thanks for the explanation Nagyzoli. For now it 't a bit more complicated as it's totally new. ( and a bit unexpected ). I think I have to split the SMF into 64 measures and then put the different A,B, C,... tracks behind each other in the song? Will that work? When I have more experience with the p...

Re: SMF (midi file) player
Hi Mostinif, I don't have the gear long enough to already complete understand the way it works. Only some jamming. Even if the patterns are a nice (but different) way of working, they still should have at least a standard smf player in the fantom. It's like aiming for a new generation and dropping t...

SMF (midi file) player
I bought the fantom 7 last week, but I don't find the 16-track midi file player (sequencer) as it was on the precious fantom X-7.
Am I missing something or is it just not there? If not this is a huge disadvantage.
Is there a contact where we can mail to as whishlist to re-enable this?
Thx.

Empty soundbank
I noticed that some soundbanks still are empty such as scat or soundfx. Will they be filled by a future roland release?

Re: Sequence files compatible with fantom X?
Thanks. That means that I first have to save all files as midi again. And since some are protected, I have to record them on an external sequencer.
But it's better to know this before the X is away

Sequence files compatible with fantom X?
Can I use the sequence files ( SQV ) from the fantom X to play on the fantom G? I know propably I have to do some tweaking on sounds and so, but if the rest already plays would be enough for me.

Re: Loading sequence file automatically
Thanks for the answer.
I'm not very familiar with the live mode play, but isn't that limited to the max performances you can save? So it equals 1 song for every preset?

Re: note on without note off??
Thanks for the answer, but actually what I wrote earlier was correct. I only need to write an F0 and F7 before and after, and use it as a sys ex. And it works.

Re: Cannot save as midi file
I guess the only thing to get it back in midi format is to record the sequence with an external device then.
Thanks for the explenation.
And happy end year.
