Re: !! New JUNO-G BUG Discovered !!

<t>Hi!<br/> <br/> Yesterday I tried to replicate the bug on my Juno-G, and I'm afraid that there is something wrong with the controls.<br/> <br/> When you move a knob, it responds smoothly and without any gaps, but after a few seconds without moving it, there is a noticeable gap the next time you mo...

Re: Latch Leslie speed on Juno G ?

Hi! Another possible solution for using the expression pedal and also being able to control the volume, is to have this other pedal: http://www.bosscorp.co.jp/products/en/FV-50L/ It's a passive stereo volume pedal, that works with any keyboard because you plug it into the audio output chain, so you ...

Battery for making RAM non volatile

<t>This is something I've been thinking of last days... The problem with huge sample banks is the loading time. It'd be great if those time were reduced to minimum, but perhaps there is another aproach.<br/> <br/> Many people leave their synths always switched on in their studios, for not having to ...

Re: ANOTHER BUG IN JUNO-G?

<t>Hi,<br/> <br/> I've created preformances with more than 4 layers playing at the same time and haven't experienced note drops very often...<br/> <br/> By the other way, some weeks ago I experienced the same symtoms of the sustain bug, but without any pedal... Re: Sustain Juno-G Problem

No, the default settings is for a switch pedal... What a pity! The chance of being a configuration problem gave me some hopes :-D We'll have to wait for a solution from Roland. Anyway, It should be interesting to know from everyone with the problem, what kind of pedal are the using. Best regards, U...

Re: Sustain Juno-G Problem

<t>Hi! I'm using a DP2 over here, so no half dampening...<br/> <br/> What I have just noticed is that I don't know if the default settings in the juno are for a halfpedal or not. Perhaps the problem is that by default it's specting a continous pedal, and works incorrectly with switch pedals...<br/> ...

Re: My Juno-G can not (bug?) record longer audio takes as it

<t>Hi!<br/> <br/> Yesterday I tried recording in stereo for about 80 bars at 120BPM ant it worked seamlessly.<br/> <br/> The behaviour you describe is really strange, but if another DIMM works in your unit, I'd say that it should be a problem with de previous one. Be sure it follows the specificatio...

Re: Sustain Juno-G Problem

<t>Hi!<br/> <br/> Mine is also version 1.05 and has installed 512M of RAM. <r>Hi!<br/> <br/> At least the bug seems to affect units worldwide... this way, I hope Roland will have to solve it faster <E>:-P</E><br/> <br/> I have written to Roland Spain about this bug, and I'll tell you something when they write me back. Same problem over here :-(

<r>Hi!<br/> <br/> I checked it out last night at home, and the problem described also affects my unit. I live in Spain, so by the moment the problem seems to be located in Europe. I hadn't noticed it yet, because I play most of the time using my S90ES as controller.<br/> <br/> I also noticed some we...

Re: SD Card using a PC Card adaptor ?

Hi! I also had the same problem, so I decided to try and buy a pair of adapters and test what happened. I bought a 10 in 1 adapter of the brand Conceptronic: http://www.optize.es/servlet/LECTOR_GRABADOR_DE_TARJETAS_10_EN_1_CONC_209135_optize.html It is cheap and I had no hope on it. Surprisingly, it...

It can be done

<r>Hi over there!<br/> <br/> I recently bought a Juno-G for using it in my rehersals. I got it because I wanted it to complement my Yamaha S90 ES (same sound engine than Motif ES). Now I have a sequencer, audio recorder and simple sampler... a perfect companion for the S90ES <E>:-D</E> (and the Juno...
