Regarding Tone Tracks: it’s not possible per octave however it is possible per semitone via the Note Utility menu in the sequencer.

Are you syncing via USB or Midi?

I haven’t had any issues with syncing while sending clock or receiving clock.

Is this happening in a Drum track or a Tone track?
