N-zyme doesn’t allow much modulation, that’s one of its major failings and omissions (and a general problem with the “model expansions” in general. Also yeah AT is completely broken on most Fanton 8s.

I think we’ll see more over time as they seem to be made of a pretty cheap brittle plastic. I don’t think it will look bad whatever you do, it’ll only help it look less like it’s eating a Nord.

Because it’s locked to the “loops” system and they’ve set a limit of 32 for the length of a loop. Personally I wish it would just automatically set the loop length to what you import or record and allow any loop length, it’s not like it takes up much memory.

The FX in general could do with some love. Both their interfaces and names which aren’t always intuitive and the actual sound quality which seems quite dated and basic. I’d sooner have fewer higher quality FX that you can use everywhere than many that aren’t so useable.
