whats the best way to get my tracks off of the fantom. everytime i try to resample it or do a mixdown the quality sounds all crappy. how do i get my tracks off the fantom in the exact quality they playback in?

i just press mixer then shift audio edit then shift mixdown

its never done this before but for some reason when i go to mixdown my track to a wav to get it off the fantom it sounds low quality. is there a setting i might have accidentaly changed or sumthin?
