I think you can assingn MFX only to the first 3 Pattern = 1,2,3
Not 4,5,6,7,8

You can only load samples with an usb stick. Not with usb cable and tone manager.

I tested Keyboard Mode, Rhythm Pattern Mode and Pattern Sequencer Mode.
It seems that Midi Slave only works in Sequencer Mode.

Menu -> System -> Sync/Clock ->Clock source
Change to Midi or USB
Juno-DS can receive Midi Clock but can not send Midi Clock.

Now that Firmware 2.0 is out, it seems to me that Roland does not care about "Solutions/Wishlist".
They did not solve the mentioned points.

I ask myself if Roland ever read the E-Mail of Tothead.
Does anyone of Roland Staff read this Thread?

Your Wave has correct Format? It should be 44,1 khz and 16bit.

Electribe Master -> Juno-DS Slave works fine with 2.0

I am very disappointed.
Firmware 2.0 and still no midi notes out and no midi clock out in sequencer mode. What a shame! :-(

The sequencer in the Juno-DS is a realtime sequencer, not a step sequencer.
I use a Novation Circuit as a partner to my Juno-DS. The Circuit has 2 Stepsequencers with 8 bars and 1 Drumsequencer with 8 bars.

The Juno-DS does not send out midi clock and the sequencer does not send out midi notes. That is really too bad.
