Re: Why am I getting a "Not Sample Patch!" error with imported/recorded samples?
I think the MC-808 only supports up to 16 bit 44.1 khz samples. Check what Ableton is exporting. All imported samples import and play correctly, and are in the proper format. The same error occurs with conventionally-sampled-through-audio samples. you have to assign the imported sample to the patch...

Getting Win 10 to recognize the unit in USB Storage mode is a toss of the dice. I can get it to happen once in a while, but I haven't foun...

You must save your samples to Smart Media Card, it's like the hard drive. Thank you. I since figured this out.. Which means that Roland really jumpe...

Re: MC-909 not saving samples onto RAM
I am also having this problem, although I believe the OP was not saving each sample before saving a patch, which is why his samples were disappearing on power-down. Nonetheless, my issue is related.. I have fully upgraded RAM, and it is recognized and appears in my System Memory check, yet I can't s...

Re: 909 Startup issues.....Please Help
You have a card inserted with a firmware upgrade on it. Take the card out, power up, insert card and format.
