Re: FRAUD: DON'T BUY EXPANSIONS IN ROLAND CLOUD!!
On the other hand, I agree with you that it's a but lousy for the policy to be this way and to prevent customers from transferring these various instrument downloads. That having been said, it's actually not that unusual a policy, especially in the music industry. Below are a couple of examples how...

Re: FRAUD: DON'T BUY EXPANSIONS IN ROLAND CLOUD!!
Updated: May 12, 2020 People just don't read EULA: it was there for all to see. You only own the synth as it is out of the box. Whatever you buy into RCM and install on ZEN-Core hardware afterwards you don't own and can't legally resale/transfer. Just like your regular iPhone/iPad or Android device...

Re: How to select user tones by user ton number?
There is another way to do that from SCENE view. When a PART is selected, pressing ENTER displays the TONE list of the current model or category. By pressing and holding the right arrow, we can reach the USER bank after model and categories. Wow! This works even better. How did you find out? I didn...

Re: How to select user tones by user ton number?
Select your PART, press Model Bank button, press up arrow to select top line of the screen (model), turn the right encoder fully to the right to reach USER bank, press the down arrow to return to the TONE user list line of the screen then, use left encoder to scroll up and down faster and the right...

How to select user tones by user tone number?
I have a question for the Jupiter X/Xm pros: how can I select User Tones within a Scene based on the preset number only? So I want to scroll through my User Tones from 001 to 256. But the numbers are jumping from, say for example, 056 to 035 due to Category or Model Bank restriction. I've been looki...

Re: Any Roland JX-8P users here???
Interesting recommendation. Is there any tutorial available how the calibration is done with the JX8P? I am loving mine a lot.scottrod wrote:Would also advise people to do the filter resonance calibration, made a world of difference on both my JX-10 and JX-8P.

Re: so dramatic with the (!!) :p
Exactly. 12 bux is stealing from the company AFAIC ! :p ill grab to support them... thanks for the heads up OP. So far, 12 bux is not stealing from the compnay. The point is rather that the company was stealing 12 bux out of my wallet because the SE editor doesn't work at all on my PC (Win10). I in...

Re: SUB OUTPUT
Candy, This would be cleaner for sure, but does the Sub Out respond to volume? I heard on another forum that it does not. Regards, Joe The Sub Out itself does not respond to volume. But you can and you should apply an expression pedal to the organ sound (which you should do anyway for proper organ ...

Re: Pink Floyd Sounds
Honestly, I used a SC88ST-Pro and felt the sound were far more "appropriate for the time period" than the FA, which focuses on more modern sounds. That said, I could probably duplicate a lot of them but in the SC it was "find the right preset, go". In the FA it would involve a w...
