Does anyone know if the Roland A01K would work for transferring a SYSEX library from my PC to a Yamaha DX-7 II FD? I was looking at just buying the UX-16 cable that Yamaha sells for $50, but I know the A01K can work with older synths. I am just unsure about SYSEX dumps.

The Roland Boutique Range group on Facebook is a good page. The members are very nice, there is a helpful FAQ, and some pictures of rack-mounted Boutiques and videos of the Boutiques in action.

I bought some PlugLug 1/8" (3.5 mm) audio cables from Amazon, and they are very nice quality ($5.99 each for 4-ft). They sell a variety of colors. I bought blue for the JU-06, orange for the JP-08, and red for the JX-03. The color coding is just personal preference. :) https://www.amazon.com/Pl...
