Re: JU-06A + keyboard
mine looks the same :-) It is quite easy to replace the metal sides with wood. I bought mine somewhere on Ebay back then, they are actually just small wooden boards with matching holes.

Re: JU-06A K-25M Keyboard Octave
unfortunately there is no other way to change the octave on the K-25m. The key contacts go directly to the plug, the keyboard does not pass more information, it is a pure passive array of keys/switches. Roland would have to change the firmware of all boutiques if they wanted to implement a simple, u...

Re: Saving settings on JX-08
This is all stored in the sequences (patterns), they are the "performance memory" of the JX-08. Pattern 1-1 is activated after switching on.

Re: Roland JX-08 & JD-08 Preset Export BIG Problem
Oh - that sounds great! I don't know what Roland was thinking when they developed it this way, but this import/export function sucks. It would be great if your software could also export and import individual patches - i.e. exchange individual individual patches within a bank etc... That would be ve...

TB-03 delay-tempo-sync problem
Hello, I just noticed that the automatic syncing of the delay time to the tempo on the TB-03 does not work if you use the tape delay setting. But it works with the Digi-delay. This is annoying, also because, for reasons that I do not understand, the digital delay is only mono, while the tape delay e...

Re: JU-06 problem with presets) help
Probably a potentiometer or switch has a contact problem and sends some values from time to time.
A midi monitor could clarify which part is the problem - each fader and switch sends its own CC value.
(when CC Send Mode is active)

Re: TR-06
I don't think so, the relatively simple display can't be a big challenge for a CPU ... I think Roland just has priorities as to which devices it considers worthy to appear as a boutique.

Re: TR-08 with Keyboard K-25m
no problem, that's not your fault :-) it's not the biggest deal, as the TR-08 is a nice instrument even without the keyboard. But I'm waiting for an answer from Roland, because i want to know, why they attached the K-25m connector to this device and did not take care, that all the 16 Sounds can be p...

Re: TR-08 with Keyboard K-25m
OK - today i got my TR-08 and i made a test, connected it to a K-25m, It is true, that some of the sounds can be played, but unfortunately not all - the congas and toms etc.. are outside of the K-25m keyrange , because they spreaded everything across more than the 2 octaves. hm - it seems, that the ...

SH-01a always starting monophonic
hi, i have a new SH-01a here, a great synthesizer - but does anybody know how to make it start polyphonic after powering on? Mine is always reverting back to mono when switched off. Everything else (velocity etc...) is stored, but not the assign mode. The firmware is the newest version 1.07. Or mayb...
