I find muting the part solves the problem, so it is not a big deal, but it is a surprising bug. This is my first hardware synth. I can hear it too.
A frequency analyzer shows that the analog "sine" is far from a sine - it has lots of mid-range harmonics, then they fall of steeply, but there's some noise in the higher frequencies. If you lower the filter to about 1:30, the noise goes away.
