I own the JD-Xi and you cannot use your own samples/multisamples in your patches. It has the same engine and limitations as the FA (which I also own).

OP, I'm sorry, I have no input other than you should probably focus on the SD card. Take it out and see if it can be read by a card reader in a computer. If not, you've probably lost things you've saved, but you can likely repair your keyboard by inserting a brand new SD card. Other options would be...
