You can also use the Wah effect in the Sound Control knobs. Use the Select button to highlight the bottom row, then twiddle the TFX Select knob (second from right) until you see Wah on the screen. Careful you don't bump the knob or it will change to another effect!

You might try looking at the Mixer, accessible via the Menu key. Would this work for you?
