I think you can copy wav or mp3 files directly into SD card and import it into one of the sample pad

You can set your initialize user studio setup in setting menu. For gig, i've found it quite useful to assign the pad button mode to part select. That way you can navigate to 16 sounds in no time. And you have several studio setup for each song you play.

thanks for the reply teemade. its good to know that i'm not all alone in this. i did once tried that. but for the midi controller type i didn't choosed FA, since there're only few to choose from (command 8, HUI, surround panner and M Audio), and i found no way to change or modify that. So no luck fo...

All you have to do is to install the appropriate driver. Then in the system menu go to general tab, and select MIDI+Audio for USB Driver option. That's it..

yes you can..I've been using my fa06 as my main usb soundcard replacing my scarlett..and it's surprisingly good enough.. there're drawbacks however..first, its resolution is only 44.1/24 so in some application like Protools you stuck with that resolution. Second, it's doesn't have an onboard phantom...

Has anyone find out how to use the FA06 transport to control Protools 10 transport? I've been searching the net with no luck.
