MC 808 Sampling ?
What exactly can you do as far as sample editing without a pc? Can you set start/end points? Truncate? Set loop points? Normalize? I really want to get one of these but I don't want to be tied to the pc.

Re: MC 909 Ground Pin
Come on guys, it's an easy question. Let me rephrase. When you bought your Roland MC 909, did it have a ground pin on the back or a hole where you would expect to see a ground pin?

MC 909 Ground Pin
When I bought my MC 909, there was no ground pin on the back. I thought it had broken off, but now I hear this is a Roland design for a complete isolation circuit. Is this true? Thanks.

Re: Limiting SP 404 Effects to one turntable
Connect the SP404 between one turntable and the mixer.
Channel 1: Turntable-->SP404-->Mixer-->speakers
Channel 2 Turntable-->Mixer-->Speakers

Re: Playing Samples On The MC 909
That still doesn't let Roland off the hook for the OS bugs. Why will they not fix these?

Rolands advice. Buy the MV8000. You'll love it.

Re: Playing Samples On The MC 909
I have never had this problem with other Roland samplers. On the SP606 and SP404, a one shot is exactly that.
