If I connect the JD-Xi to a computer (or in my case a Aira MX-1) can I send some parts audio over USB and others through the analog outputs? So I get two stereo outputs in total?

That video only talks about recording the master output... Not the individual channels (including bfx and other settings)

Would be nice to hear from Roland if it is possible to add this in a future update or if the hardware and signal flow won't allow it.

It is actually a pretty bad design and makes the mx1 more or less worthless in the studio.

Maybe External Mixing Mode does what I want? But can someone explain it (better than the manual) for me? What works and what doesn't? When I tried briefly I could see audio coming in to my DAW, but I got no audio out so I'm not sure what is happening...

Where do I find the manuals and such for Version 2.0? All I can download is a bin-file...

I got the new display today (and this is the first time I can acctually see anything on the screen) and it says version 2.0.1 . Is the .1 an update for the new screen or is it the normal v2.0?

Got me one of these today. Really hope Roland has got it's act together so this new type of display doesn't brak down as well. The service technician asured me it wouldn't break.
