Dear Community,
does anyone has a patch for a didgeridoo sound or has an idea how to create one?
Cheers
Frank

Re: New Roland Jupiter Legacy Collection
I'd suggest everyone wait until they have installed the legacy collection before they decide it's not up to scratch. I think may people will be pleasantly surprised at the quality of the patches and at the level of editing available. If you're right we should get it to sound like: http://www.youtub...

Re: Jupiter 80 - worst midi controller ever
Sorry for not discribing my needs accurate. I would highly appreciate if it would be possible to set the sounds in a liveset to different midi channels and to local off. I do not need 4 time layer always so up to 6 voices are on mute and I cannot use them by assign them to a another keyboard. I real...

Re: Jupiter 80 - worst midi controller ever
it is not possible to set sounds in a liveset or registration to local off mode to be played by a connected midi keyboard. That truely schocked me, because to play 4 different sound on 76 keys limits you drasticly (this feature has already my old and simple nova). I wanted to play a bass or guitar ...

Re: Jupiter 80 - worst midi controller ever
I wonder how childish people react on valid points people bring up. It can only help to improve or find someone that knows a way to do it. I thought this is the main purpose of such a forum. We all love/like our JU80 otherwise we would not care. I did not read the manual in it's entire depth when I ...

Re: New Roland Jupiter Legacy Collection
BTW, I just learned today that the Integra-7 Supernatural Synthesizer holds an additional 87 waveforms, compared with the JP-80... Thanks for the information! So the "rumor" about the additional 87 new PCM waveforms in the Osc section from the INTEGRA-7 SN-Synth VA engine is now also conf...

Re: New Roland Jupiter Legacy Collection
Shame Roland are getting a bashing for spending time to give us free sounds - Korg charges for such things! Yes but Korg did put out the legacy collection first as vst's and implementet them later into the Kronos. Roland stole the name to put out a sound collection that might lead potential custome...

And mine too!!!!!Dany wrote:Thanks Cello for the revelation!
I demand more from Roland! If they won't deliver some major updates for the JP-80 in a foreseeable future, which are already included in the INTEGRA-7, then they can *** ** *** for ever !!!!

Re: New Roland Jupiter Legacy Collection
What a joke!!! :-))))))))))))))
Instead of putting money and human recources in creating these sound presets they should have doubled their effort (unless it is not zero) in correcting all the "little" issues that we listed over the last months and that take value from the JU-80.

Re: New Roland Jupiter Legacy Collection
My latest guess:it's a kind of behaviour modelling of vintage synths. So they will not implement the whole VA with all parameters to be set but just a model with some essential parameters to tweak (what they figured out to be essential to recreate the special sound character of the choosen synth) th...

Re: Favourite Registrations / Live sets
I agree, there should be a Favourite function, including single souns, livesets and registrations to switch between also by using the quick access buttons at the front. I think this is already in the wishlist "features for next OS" section listet.

Re: New Roland Jupiter Legacy Collection
If it's just a soundset why should they make such an trailer- and if it's really possible to recreate the sounds 1:1 with the given VA engine what to wait for? Do it yourself if you need these sounds...whenever I bought or got a soundlibary with a used synth at least 80% was useless to me. Get a rom...

Re: New Roland Jupiter Legacy Collection
FM is great, but it will not be part of the Legacy Collection, so open another thread for it and discuss it. Any news on the "Legacy Collection" and what's it gonna be? Would be facinating if they will come up with a realistic emulation of the D-50 which was a megaseller too.

Velocity
equinoxe67 is missing the possibility to disable velocity for individual livesets, single sounds or parts.

Re: New Roland Jupiter Legacy Collection
..and have since been hauling around a D-550 to gigs just for a small handful of sounds. The spectre of not having to do that anymore will alone be worth whatever the price is. The moment this is released, I'm all over it. Good job, Roland! If it's just a liveset it won't help you if they do not in...
