I have heard nothing from Roland about a VC 3 but I am hopeful. Their booth is going to be smaller than previous years as well so probably not a lot of new product this year...

The slots are one in the same.

It does have the latest 2.0 OS. Board, Control Surfaces, Keys are all in perfect condition. If you are considering the trade, I would expect the XT to be in excellent shape as well!

My V is in perfect shape. It has been sitting on my keyboard stand since the day I bought it. I have used it but without the dust, it looks brand new. I can send pictures if you send me your email address.

I will let you know how it goes! I wish I could share this roland contact with everyone but..... I cannot.. dont want to get h/h in trouble.

I just ordered my VC-2 from someone on the inside of Roland and they said it should ship next week. I won't hold my breath but my fingers are crossed!!

Has anyone had a chance to compare the V-synth with ver 2 software to the jp-8000 as far as supersaw goes?
Just curious!

<r>I was able to see him at NAMM this year and got to see his v-synth Demo. He was not very prepared but I guess that's to be expected when your in demand! Anyways, he used the audio inputs on the V to apply the filters to some of his loops. He played the Doors remix and made some pretty cool sounds...
