Re: power
An odd question, but I'd say that like most modern electronic instruments it can stay switched on indefinitely, i.e. it won't get hotter and hotter until something burns out. I would have said the component with the shortest life is probably the screen and unless it goes into a 'dormant' mode after ...

Re: fantomx for serious live applications - please help!
A monumental task indeed - good luck. BTW, you do realise there is no 'chain play' function as in the XP predecessor range? i.e. you'll have to load each song separately before playing it. V2.0 of the software allows for a tricky workaround. This thread has more info. Click and drop by my site! [/u]...

Re: How to get sound from FX7
Go to this forum: Studio-Central and have a look at the comments/reviews on studio monitors. The first decision is whether you want proper studio monitors, i.e. nearfields which give optimum fideltity at a small point for one listener, or 'hi-fi'. The link above deals with the former. <t>Parts in a Performance cannot change on their own accord, nor can a Performance switch to another, without a MIDI command telling it to. This points to your sequencer. It sounds to me like Cakewalk 9 is sending MIDI change messages.<br/> <br/> In the song you're playing from Cakewalk 9 have a loo...
