Old thread I know - but I have the same issue as mentioned in this thread. When playing some patterns which have exactly the same settings/sounds directly one after another in an attempt to chain together a song I get a slight delay quite often, they don't transition into each other completely smoot...

It there any way to record tempo changes to a pattern made in real time or otherwise?

Thanks guys, yeah looks like the battery has never been replaced so it might be a bit tricky but I know a guy who's good with this sort of thing so that should be fine fingers crossed.

For those of you who own a G could someone please tell me whether its possible to bulk edit the off velocity of a track in song mode or whaever like you can with the on velocity.

Nope, loved the X but several issues with the G made up my mind against buying and have moved on to more computer based recording methods along with continued use of my expanded fx7. Maybe Ill get the G some day but its unlikely.
