Re: getting a sound from another keyboard into fantom x
I would suggest that you run the two devices with a midi connection. This is the only way to be 100% sure there will be no quality loss.
One device has to be set as a master or remote and the other will be the slave.
Hope this helps some!

Re: Loop Pops!!
yea, i've done just about everything I can think of. Still no luck.
There has to be another solution to loading tracks into the pc besides pressing play and recording them in individually.

Re: Loop Pops!!
<r>Another quick note. I'm running spdif digital out from fantom to the spdif digital in of my sound card.<br/> <br/> I mute all my tracks except the track that I'm loading into nuendo. When I hit record on my pc it automatically starts the fantom which is playing the 1 track that is not muted.<br/>...

Loop Pops!!
<t>One thing that is killing me right now with the Fantom X6 is tracking out tracks in the computer.<br/> <br/> Here is my issue. When I'm done creating a song in the fantom x, I load the tracks into nuendo track by track. Each sound is recorded on it's individual track<br/> <br/> The problem Im get...

Re: FantomX Digital out

Lost STORED SONGS
<r>Somehow all my work (stored songs) have been lost on my fantom X. I hooked it up to the P.C via USB and I was connecting to the flash card installed. I was simply trying to transfer a WAV file over and got a "Disk Full" error. <br/> <br/> I then went back to my board and tried to pull up a song a...

Re: Fantom X Mix in
<r>Yes, that does make since. In other words. I have to import the sound as a patch in the fantom X. I can then assign that patch to a midi channel within the fantom x. I am familiar with that process already. I have dumped thousands of sounds into the fantom x on a 1GB flash card.<br/> <br/> I was ...

Fantom X Mix in
<r>I've been trying to find this feature on my fantom for some time now. I understand the skip back sampling which is a nice feature. However, I am trying to mix in a sound from another machine in real time to a track on the fantom X. <br/> <br/> Let me explain... I have a EMU MP-7 plugged into the ...

Re: How many 909ers are there here?
<r>Let me start off by stating that the sound quality of the 909 and the fantom x are not even comparable. I think we all came to that conclusion.<br/> <br/> In any event, I purchased the 909 a month after it was released. I had it for 3 days and took the unit back. I was very un-happy with the soun...
