Does any one know how to adjust the MFX unit to make a patch sound very distant ie as if the microphone has been placed a long way away from the instrument?

What is the best way to create a detuned piono patch where you can adjust the amount of detuning and add a little reverb?

The manual seems unclear on this.

Does any one know anything about a sequencer called "Koan Pro" (or something like that). I believe its good for atmospheric/ambient music which is what I'm looking for.
