I have the soundwear professional 29142 for my daily use and the Gator TSA 88SLXL for
Gigging. Both have wheels. I commit, since Ihad the gator I dontuse the softbag much.

Just ask them. I think its a "construction probem" since it happend to many useres. Such should be idependent of warranty. Maybe similar to Toyotas pedal problem. I just would contact your local Roland dealer.
