JD800 Sysex data transfer
I have sounbanks for the JD800 saved on my PC. I connected the PC to the JD800 with midi, via a Motu Midi Express 128, selecting one of its outputs ports. Then I launch MidiOx or Bome Send Fx, load the sysex file and start transferring the sysex to the JD800. Well, nothing happens! It is my first ti...

Re: Juno 106 presets
I use a Roland MKS-7, which has the same identical structure of the JUNO 106 (same sysex) plus many extra features. Check it out.

Can I back up a VC-1 on a 1gb compact flash?
Just got an original Roland VC-1 card (D-50 sounds). Can I back it up on a compact flash card, just in case one day it will die on me? If the answer is yes, is there any particular procedure to follow?

How many Gb in a compact flash card?
Hi guys, I'm buying a compact flash card for the V-Synth 2.0. Is there a limit to its size? Can I buy a 32Gb card with a PCMCIA adapter and use it troublefree? Are smaller capacity cards faster in use?
Thx to all.

Re: Importing multisamples
Thanks, I have to get more familiar with the V-Synth brfore I understand exactly what you mean, Art.Artemiy wrote:The V-Synth was not designed for multisamples, so the answer is no. You could do it via keyboard zones, though, you have 16 of them that you can split, but that will take time.
Thx for now :-)

Importing multisamples
Hi guys,
I have sampled the Elka Synthex and I have a sample for each key. Is there a way to import, let's say, five octaves of Synthex samples onto the V-Synth, so that each key on the V-Synth plays each of the individual Synthex samples?

Help opening a V-Synth keyboard
Hi guys,
I need to access the bottom of the pots on the panel, as there is a lot of dirt to be cleaned there.
Anyone knows the correct sequence in opening the V-Synth and access the front panel pots?
Thx
P.S. I have removed the side screws, but the side panels do not come off...
