Hi,
According to the patchnames, there are three EP keyboards sampled for the SRX-12 (type 1, type 2, type 3) plus a Clav. I guess the third EP is a Wurlizer A200. Types 1 & 2 should be Rhodes Mk1 & Mk2. Anyone to confirm that ?
Thanks.

Re: Sampling E/A guitar
Thanks for your good advice. Actually electric guitar signal is more audible than the E/A guitar signal. Well I may try a preamp booster or something.

<t>Thanks for your answer,<br/> <br/> I tryed my E/A guitar and a friend of mine an electric guitar as well. Sampling E/A guitar
Hi !
I've just bought a new E/A guitar (Yamaha APX) and I want to sample it. But I get a poor level (less than 0 db). And if I changed gain, I get nothing but a deep breathing...
Does anyone sample guitar and have advice to share ?

Re: Fantom-X Screen
I don't know if your problem is related to the fact that the LCD screen may not light immediately after powering up. This is, according to documentation, absolutely normal.

Re: USB trouble!! "it appears that...blabla"
Thanks !
The soft was packed with my brand new FX7 with OS 2 already installed. Well apparently Roland Europe forgot to change the CD.

Re: OS2 pre-installed on FantomX
Well...
I said I have OS 2.0 PRE-INSTALLED.
So no PC card adapter and no CF.
These are for upgrading KIT.
And even if I could flash the OS (what a challenge !), I would't share, since I have no money left to face a trial.

Re: OS2 pre-installed on FantomX
<t>Well I didn't have much time to dive into my new workstation, but the audio tracks are quite convenient. You can record audio tracks just as easily as midi tracks. Just plug your external audio source (mine is a MIC), hit record, then start, and play (or sing).<br/> <br/> Basically, it's sampling...

Planning to buy a X7, but...
Hey guys,
I'm planning to buy a X7 very soon, but reading some threads I'm a bit worried about motherboard problems.
Is it a widespread default ? And has Roland already updated fantoms that are for sale now ?
