im having a wierd problem with my roland 3080. one of the notes (d4) wont stop after i play it. when i power up its ok, but then after a few mins it starts and its just that one note. im not sure if the xv logic or my axiom controller? and ideas????

does anyone have the logic environment for the xv3080? thanxxxxxx

hip hop...... what ive been told, is that the fantoms are a little brighter/cleaner and thiner, while the 3080/5080 was a little fuller and no so clean. thanx for your help btw......

could you give some examples. i can get the 3080 for 350$ i liked the fantom s except for the 64 voices.

i dont have the fantom s anymore. im looking to get another roland piece. i can actually get my fantom s back, thats why i want to know how the 3080 compares since i can get it for a very good price and i dont really need the keyboard.

so, how good is the xv 3080. ive owned a fantom s. how does it compare? i have a chance to get one at a good price. thanx for any help.....

im thinking about selling my fantom s and getting a 5050. i want to save some space and i have a good controller. how much of a drop off is it between the fantom s and the 5050. thanx for any help.......

thanx for the help. my startup mode is in patch. the preset and sample defaults are both on. is that correct?

<t>hello, im trying to get my fantom s to sart up in a normal type of mode. i thought i had done this, but it didnt work. when i boot up there is patches already in the mixer screen and the key range is all screwy. id just like to set every thing blank and the key range normal. thanx for any help......

lol, sorry....i can use the fantom as a midi contoller just fine. i want pt (on pc) to sequence the sounds of my fantom as well. btw midi in 6.7 is much improved. im not sure how to st up the fantom to recieve the midi messages form pt. i hope this is good. thanx again.

ok, im sequencing with pro tools. pt is my sequencer. everything needs to slave to that. im using my fantom s as my controller for my modules and soft synths. thanx for the help..

im trying just to play some tracks. ive got some from reason,reaktor/micro q, and now im tring to add some fantom. thanx for the help........
