Re: XV collection for JUNO-STAGE finally! (Sunday/Monday)
As I'm not sure what your friend is into, I will try to answer in this way: Does it sounds better to me? Yes. Are there patches that should be in Juno Stage at first place? Definitely. Does this apply to every single patch? Of course not. Does this make JS into something different? No. IMO, LPF will...

Re: XV collection for JUNO-STAGE finally! (Sunday/Monday)
Hi, I am not sure, if I understand. You created 256 new patches using wave forms from JS, the same 256 patches as in XV? So if I load them as user patches, there will 256 "new" patches in my JS? Is this XV collection different than JS patches, or only some of them? Thanks. ab I took 1024 ...

Re: Best synth for special need: Juno Stage?
In my opinion, maybe used Fantom X would be enough or even Juno-G would fit you well. It depends how much you need dedicated pads for sample triggering. If you need them badly, go for Fantom X. In my opinion, Fantom G doesn't offer you anything that essential comparing to Fantom X. Or, at least, I h...

Re: Best synth for special need: Juno Stage?
1) ability to have lots of samples...a gig or more available is good. I think I can do this with a USB key, but wonder if there are load time issues. This will be used live Not gonna happen - its USB is playback only. In other words - you can't assign mp3 files to 6 pads and then trigger them at yo...

XV collection for JUNO-STAGE finally! (Sunday/Monday)
As I got Juno-Stage back for a while, I've decided to fix unjustice and provide Juno-Stage owners same XV collection other Junos have. Unfortunately I can't work on it before Sunday so you'll have to wait for it a while as I have some gigs in a meantime. What I'm 100% sure is that every sound is pos...

You must be joking.
Answer yourself what are difference between Fantom G and Juno Gi and you're on a half way there.

Re: Sound cut problem in user registration bank
Strange - as Juno Gi GUI resembles Juno Stage my guess is that it must be located somewhere.
Re: Click out
In case others didn't - every MIDI file you play on Juno can have click out.
Cheers!

Re: Click out
Guess you didn't understand it then.
There is a click in Juno-Gi but only for SMF type of playback. You can't set audio track and use click... yet and judging by how Roland is eager to actually improve their product... probably never.

Re: returning to same patch
Assign specific piano mode to some favorite slot. If I'm not wrong, piano mode is nothing more than patch + Sympathetic Resonance MFX.

So I advise you to watch that video (once again) ;)
and thisI emailed Roland to get some info on why it's there if it doesn't work. I'll post their response when I get it.

Re: Sound cut problem in user registration bank
There should be patch remain option somewhere in the system menu, check it out, but it will only hold patch, FX will change according to new chosen patch settings.

Re: as a standalone workstation - G or Gi ?
Juno Gi seems to be more versatile.
