Even better would be the ability to change keyboard groups via a midi pedal board. Anyone found a way of doing this?

Regarding the switch groups, has anyone worked out how to change the switch groups from a midi controller like, say, a midi pedalboard?
This would be great for live work....

Hi peeps, does anyone know a way to turn parts on and off using a pedal. at the moment I have some sounds programmed to accept expression messages from my pedal so I can bring a different sound in by turning the pedal up. What I would like to achieve is to program effectively 2 sets of splits/layers...

Interesting to see that Jordan Rudess has just posted a pic on Facebook of him and Roland's Scott Tibbs jamming in the studio - what springs to mind is that Mr. Tibbs would only be at a Dream Theater Recording session if he was previewing a new product to Jordan, and it's unlikely to be a bk product...

Everytime this debates starts someone pipes up with 'My Fantom along with my DAW does everything far better than a built in sequencer, drop the sequencer from the workstation'. That argument is great and valid IN THE STUDIO but some of us use our Keyboards *gasp* LIVE *gasp*! 'Surely not' I hear you...

on windows you can use 'Bloxpander' by 'Eareckon', I have tried a load of different hosts and this one is great, both for price and functions. If you are on a Mac you have to go a long way to beat 'Mainstage', especially at it's current price on the appstore...

shame it doesnt work in most daws tho...

It always loads the last project, however you can skip loading by holding down 'Exit' when you turn on the power then load the project you want.
