Recording mult. tracks with ARX

So I, like everyone else on the boards just picked up 2 ARX boards (EP and Brass). Is is possible to record multiple tracks with the ARX boards or am I only limited to 1? Same goes with using them in a live set, for instance, can I have a liveset consisting of 2 or more EP's solely from the ARX? Whe...

Re: Turning on Effects with Pedal...

<t>I kinda realized after I wrote the post just how clear my message was, not. It was a long day.. <br/> <br/> Yes, I am using an organ sound on the G. Originally the sound with the sustain pedal would not sustain. I went into the edit section and turned on the sustain pedal. It was only after I tur...

Turning on Effects with Pedal...

<t>Ok, here's my situation... <br/> <br/> I am using an organ for a gig. Originally the organ wouldn't hold with the foot pedal so I went into the edit and activated the sustain pedal. The only problem I am having now is apparently the rotary effect is tied to the pedal so when I press the pedal not...

Good luck!

<t>I purchased an SKB case for my G8 a few months ago and it will get it's first use in a about a month. Here is my question/problem. It came with a ton of foam and before I start sticking it the case and figuring out what is the best way to set it up (or the worst way) i was really really really ho...

Re: looping questions....

<t>apex, you are on to something there. It would be a bit more time consuming but definitely possible. Here is a question and please correct me if I am wrong. Can you record 3 separate tracks in studio mode and essentially bounce all 3 to one phrase? I always thought one track = 1 phrase. I understa...

Re: looping questions....

<r>apex, that won't work. <E>:(</E> <br/> <br/> You see the "thump thump" consists of 3 sounds via live set set to the lower half of the keyboard. One sound is a trance like sound with movement, the other is a bassline with an arp added and the other is just a noise if you will. So to get my sound I...

looping questions....

<t>Ok, I have a live set set up with multiple splits. One of the splits at the far left of the keyboard is a trance like thump thump rhythm drum beat type thing. Basically here is my setup, the thump thump drum beat is assigned to the lower bottom half of the board. I've been using my left hand to h...

Re: Beginner Questions from a new Fantom G user

<r>I am somewhat a new user and I couldn't find the G to be any easier to use. Check out all the G videos on the follow YouTube channels and you will be a near expert in no time. When I was deciding between the G and Motif all of these YouTube video put the G so far past the Motif it wasn't even a t...

Re: saving to and labelling USB storage

ok Flumpster, I am almost totally with you...So I understand when you press WRITE it writes to either USB or INTERNAL, basicly wherever your project is located, but then why would one use the SAVE command?

Re: saving to and labelling USB storage

<t>You are correct, the USB can store as many projects the the space on your USB stick will allow. I do a lot of music theatre work and each show I work on is it's own "Project". Like I said, I clear out all the livesets and program each patch I need in succession then use a control foot pedal to ad...
