or how about, be a real producer, go dig for drum breaks from vinyl an take them to the computer, filter them, then send them thru usb to the fantom

^yeah... u can timestretch, but, not the style i'm looking for, im looking to change the pitch in unison with the tempo

and im looking for jus a regular eq, i hate parametrics

not that ive come across

im actually pretty dissapointed in the fantom in some aspects.. its an amazing machine, yet it lacks certain basic funtions that are vital.. 4 band eq, "resample"- time-stretching, and a few other mpc functions.

turntable-esque time-stretching

does the fantom only support time-stretching (changing the tempo, without altering the pitch), or is there an option sumwhere for the oldschool turntable-esque sampling, where it makes the pitch higher or lower depending on if you speed up or slow down the sample?
