I had the same.
Someone mentioned that this is pitchband fault. It is at +63 at startup and thats why sound is higher, but I dindn`t check it. It happens rarely and is quickly backing to normal

Does anyone know other forum related to juno stage? Mayby with section where one can shere sounds etc...

Is there any possibilty to make arpeggio that retrigger with keys preesed but in hold mode. Like in Korg.

Propably you are trying to change tempo with TAP TEMPO button. It works only at the moment you are playing. To change default performance tempo, you have to edit this performance.
Performance -> part list-> control -> tempo
change tempo and store performance
