I just looked at what version of software my fantom had loaded and it was 1.00. I was wondering if there is a link that has detailed instructions on how to install the upgrade? I looked on rolands website and could not find it. Please help me if you can.

I have a fantom x-8. My question is even though I have an X8 would the mc 808 be a good investment or would I just have the same capability in a different box? Whats the biggest difference between the two as far as sampling and efffects?

How do I set up my X8 to be a midi controller for ptle7.3? I have Xpand and need a midi controller to use it. HELP!!!Lol

I wish I could help. I have 6.4 and the only way I have heard to sync is with midi. I have never been succesful though. I am basically not that knowlegable with my x8 and Protools as I would like to be. I will keep an eye for more replies.
